I work from an attachment-based and relational perspective, integrating behavioural and psychodynamic therapies into my practice. With adolescents and adults, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. My early career experiences working with complex and severe trauma shaped a strongly trauma-informed approach and led to further training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Across all of my work, I aim to support you in building a healthy sense of self and adaptive ways of coping, so you feel secure in yourself and connected in your relationships. I am also committed to feedback- and outcome-informed practice, ensuring that therapy is transparent, collaborative, and genuinely effective in supporting meaningful change.
I have expertise in evidence-based parenting and child interventions, including the Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems and the Cool Kids Anxiety Program. When working with children and families, I prioritise strengthening parent-child relationships and support families to create sustainable change together.
Additionally, I am trained in the Gottman Method and support couples to better understand one another’s needs, strengthen their friendship, and build practical skills in communication and conflict management.

I hold a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Sydney, as well as a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical) (with Excellence) from the Australian College of Applied Professions. I am a board-approved supervisor (PSY0002178876) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
I have worked in private practice, as a group therapist in public and private hospitals, in NSW public schools, and at the Sydney Child Behaviour Research Clinic. I currently hold a senior psychologist position at Northern Beaches Hospital, where I work across all mental health wards and provide supervision to clinical psychology interns.
I have also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney, and am a recurring guest lecturer for postgraduate clinical psychology students at the University of Sydney. My PhD research explored diverse individual experiences within Alcoholics Anonymous, a peer-to-peer support program for alcohol use concerns.
I bring warmth and curiosity to my work, creating a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel safe, respected, and understood. My practical and analytical approach is balanced with compassion, authenticity, and humour, as I support you to heal, grow, and develop new skills and areas of self-awareness that enrich your life.
